Fuse the incredibly powerful tenor voices of four talented young men with diverse vocal styles, undeniable charm and individual international success with an eclectic blend of classical and contemporary pop and you have the recipe for one powerhouse group and Canada’s latest sought-after export.

From Toronto to Tahiti, Vancouver to Vienna, the entire world’s their stage. Since their debut in 2007, The Canadian Tenors have criss-crossed the globe performing more than 150 concerts thrilling hundreds of thousands of music lovers.

Together, the foursome have shared the stage with such luminaries as former President Bill Clinton, music legend Quincy Jones, Grammy Award-winner Wyclef Jean and Canada’s musical maestro David Foster. They have performed on the same stage with renowned Tuscan tenor Andrea Bocelli in Tel-Aviv, Israel. They recently filmed a documentary where their voices united with local children to bring awareness of the African village of Bulembu, Swaziland, a town being reborn after years of suffering. This past Christmas they participated in the annual lighting of Bryant Park’s Christmas Tree in New York City which was broadcast on CBS Television.

This vocal sensation combines classical and contemporary pop to bring us some of the most beautiful melodies. The Canadian Tenors unique repertoire is sung not only in English and French but also in Spanish and Italian reflecting their multicultural heritage and establishing the group as an international success.

The talented singers collaborated with world-renowned producers Quiz and Larossi in Sweden (Il Divo), Grammy Award-winner Steve Thompson (Madonna) and Juno Award winner Jeff Wolpert (Loreena McKennitt) for their self-titled debut album that features a repertoire of classic songs along with romantic operatic arrangements such as Because We Believe, composed by David Foster, Amy Skyla Foster-Gillies and Andrea Bocelli.

“These guys are following in the footsteps of my other protégés, Josh Groban and Andrea Bocelli,” proclaimed David Foster.

In 2009 and 2010 the Tenors will continue to tour the world bringing their humour, magical voices and memorable music to audiences of all ages.
